We’ve created this guide to explain our dried flowers delivery and returns process to help you feel confident when ordering from Flores & Bloom.

We’re usually quick—often sending your flowers within a day (or two)—but during busy periods, it may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience while we prepare each order with care.

Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £25
All orders over £25 qualify for free UK delivery. Standard and express rates apply to orders below this amount.

UK Standard 2nd Class Delivery – £3.50
All standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, with dispatch typically within 1–3 business days. Your flowers will arrive within 3–5 working days, beautifully and safely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

​UK Standard 1st Class Delivery – £4.50
All standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, with dispatch typically within 1–2 business days. Your flowers should arrive within 1–3 working days, beautifully and safely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.

All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

Please note that we can’t accept orders billed to or addressed to PO Boxes.

Returns

For clarity and peace of mind, our dried flowers delivery and returns policy outlines exactly what to do if you ever need to send a faulty item back.

Due to the delicate nature of dried flowers we do not currently accept non faulty returns. Please note we also do not accept returns / refunds for gift cards.

Your statutory rights in the UK are not affected by our returns policy. You have the right to return faulty goods (meaning they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described) in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For faulty products (not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described), you can return them to us within 30 days (longer periods may apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), and we will refund the price paid and the basic delivery charge for returning the product to your original payment method. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours with attached photos of the faulty item and a full description. We will provide you with instructions to return the faulty product for a replacement.

If we have sent you a product in error or if it is faulty, we will refund the postage charges you paid to receive and return that product unless it was sent together with other products that you are not returning.

To be eligible for a refund of return postage charges, please include a copy of your receipt showing the postage cost. Without this, we can only refund the value of the returned item(s). Return postage reimbursements may take up to 30 days to process.

Please send your item back in its original packaging, as postage for any new boxes purchased for returns will not be refunded. We will only reimburse postage costs up to the price of Royal Mail 2nd Class. You may choose to send your return via 1st Class or Signed For but we are only able to refund up to the 2nd Class rate.

Before returning your items, ensure that you have contacted our team at floresandbloom@gmail.com. Faulty returns received without prior authorisation and confirmation from us will not be refunded postage fees.

Step-by-step return process:

  1. Contact floresandbloom@gmail.com for a return slip, postage address and state the reason for your return.
  2. Package your return in its original box.
  3. Include the printed and completed return slip: Print and complete the returns slip and include it in your return package. Ensure you provide your order number, your details, the goods you are returning, and the reason.
  4. Post it! Return items through a traceable service for your safety. The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend obtaining a proof of postage. Please note that this is not a prepaid service but you shall be refunded the postage costs (up to the price of 2nd Class Royal Mail) in case of faulty items.
     

Allow up to 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed or your replacement to be dispatched. We will notify you via email once your refund or replacement order has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and it may take up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

In cases where a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

Please note that we are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to purchase those products, you can place a new order. A package may be considered ‘undeliverable’ if the address provided was incorrect or if, after three failed delivery attempts, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has been returned to us.

We will refund these orders (excluding delivery charges) within 28 days of receiving them back to us, and you will be notified by email to confirm the return’s receipt.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
